The lines didn't photograph well at all. And, because of what it will become I don't want to darken those lines.

I used to score corrugated paper boxes with a utility knife, until I realized that I was compromising structural integrity. But if you make a groove with a dull pizza cutter on a wet ink line you get a clean bend with no compromise.

This resultant strain forced me to add two additional bends and some glue.

Insert

In front of the primary shipping container is the revised insert, which will hold the seat stays and other smaller parts.

Foam Wrapped Frame

The parts enclosure will sit on top of the corrugated paper supports, along with foam sheets.

Insert in Place

The combined power of the insert and the supports will stabilize the mono-tube frame inside the primary shipping container.

Close it Up

Now we put stuff in it. Perhaps this is where I should have pursued my Bachelor of Science.
